How soon can someone actually get out here if it's not an emergency?
Ordinary jobs usually land within a few days depending on what suits your calendar, while anything genuinely urgent gets bumped straight to the front regardless of how full the week already looks.
A repair we paid for stops working properly down the track. What's the actual process then?

Halfway through a job, the plumber finds something unrelated. Does the price just move to cover it?

Water bill's jumped and we can't see anything obviously wrong. Could there be a hidden leak?

Does plumbing work on an older home ever need council sign-off?
